Multi-Modal Logistics Park at Tihi
The Indore/Pithampur & nearby industrial clusters are deprived of Rail bound Logistics solution for containerized export/import & domestic cargo. Railway has undertaken construction of a new rail line between Indore to Dahod. The Indore-Tihi section of this line has been commissioned in the beginning of the year 2017. The facility is strategically located on Mumbai – Agra Highway, thereby conveniently connected by Road to industrial clusters at Indore, Dewas and Pithampur. Under Phase I of development of said facility, regular rail operations have commenced through MMLP TIHI form the month of FEB’2017.
The rail linkage from MMLH Tihi is as under :
- Tihi-Indore-Ratlam-Mundra Port
- Tihi-Indore-Ratlam-Pipavav Port
- Tihi-Indore-Ratlam-Hazira Port
With development of the Rail line from Tihi to Dahod, Rail connectivity from MMLH Tihi to various ports shall be as under:-
