At the apex level, whenever a negotiation committee is constituted, it invariably consists of senior line managers. During the last ten years more than nine important settlements have been arrived at and signed with the union including revision of pay scales of workmen, policy formulation/rationalization etc. all of which have been executed amicably without any kind of dispute.
